Merchandise received with visible damage of exterior packaging should be inspected in the presence of the carrier and/or delivery should be refused.
All returns of non-refused merchandise regardless of motive require prior authorization by submitting a Return Authorization Form.
Returns due to errors on our part will be processed at no charge, and will either be replaced by the correct merchandise or (upon customer request), a reimbursement will be issued. INLAB will cover return and replacement freight costs.
Returns due to visible damages in shipment (if delivery is not refused) will be processed at no charge, and will either be replaced by the correct merchandise or (upon request), reimbursed provided merchandise was signed-for as “Received Damaged” and copies of documentation are provided so we may process a claim with the carrier. INLAB will cover return and replacement freight costs and will charge the carrier.
Merchandise received with hidden transit damages must be reported to INLAB within 5 days of delivery. Provided customer furnishes the necessary documentation and proof of damage to enable INLAB to process a claim against the carrier, replacements of the damaged items will be shipped at no charge. Customer will retain damaged merchandise for inspection by carrier until either requested to return it to INLAB or until advised to dispose of it by INLAB.
Returns due to defects in merchandise covered by warranty will be processed at no charge and will be replaced by the correct merchandise or (upon customer request), reimbursed. Refer to WARRANTY section for details. INLAB will cover return and replacement freight costs.
Returns for reasons other than damage, warranty covered defects or order processing errors are subject to a 25% restocking fee. |
