Innovative Lab Supply will make every effort to process your order quickly and efficiently, and to inform you immediately in the event that an ordered item is not in stock or can not be shipped within a reasonable period of time (typically about 3 days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays).

We are not responsible for claims that may arise as a result of consequential damages due to delays or malfunctions of materials or equipment provided by Innovative Lab Supply. All of our products are sold in factory sealed packaging with full manufacturer’s warranty. We assume responsibility for errors committed by our staff, but warranty issues are those stated for each applicable manufacturer. Please read each manufacturer’s warranty before ordering.
